If you're trying to create a dedicated server, you'll need to download the server install. If you have the client install, you can only create a listen server. The server installs (for Linux and Windows) are listed before the client install on the downloads page.

If people are having trouble connecting, make sure they already have a copy of this map installed. Since it isn't finished, I didn't include the res file to set Half-Life to auto download the detail textures and othe

go to User Maps (On the side of this page) > Edit your Maps > then pretty much after that point is self-explanitory.
