Ok I have a major problem with my internet please help me! I have 2mb tiscali internet, 2 phone sockets with 2 WORKING tiscali filters on them, it is all properly connected i have had that seen too. I should be recieving 2000kbps(2mb) yet im only recieving 300kbps(0.3mb) connection it says i am getting 2mb in my network connection. Only after realsing a very slow donwload speed i rang tiscali they said everything on my line is fine.So i guess it is my computer or my setup please i need help someone pleassssse give me some advice i checked my filters are fine my cables are fine i have installed it correcttly anything else?

Have you tried different download servers ? Some cap your download speed, and... your max download speed should be... 250 kB/s... hmm, maybe you're mistaking kbps (Kilobit per second) with kB/s (kilobytes per second).
