Certain infected zombies cannot be killed unless a special zombie is killed. Some zombies however can be killed with bullet to the face. The zombies that cannot die should have something that stands out. Maybe a mark or some green goo on there face. Perk idea: You know what a perk is! Perk Suggestions: Adrenaline> Whenever someone sees a certain zombie is attacked from behind gains a speed boost, but cannot aim correctly. Reloading time becomes smaller, but bigger chances of gun jamming or doing something wrong.
