I am wondering if noone minds this or not. Or if u surpasses the hl engine and we can't do it, But im still going to post {2 ideas}

1.My idea is that if u take an axe or some other type of weapon and if u take that axe and cut a zombie wit it, could blood splatter over you? And if u took an desert eagle and got close to a zombie and shot him in a head could blood as well splatter on you?

2. My second idea is kinda like 1. but i am wondering if the devs can do this or not, but if the zombie can like if you get close to them {not all the time} but if they could randomly like cough up blood, acid blood and if they cough it on you it like kills you instantly {becasue its acid right} Or maybe if it knockes your hp near death? Thanks for your support!

What's the use of being covered in blood if you can't see yourself? You'd only end up wasting ammo on teammates, because you wouldn't know if they're still teammates...

As it is right now, zombie attacks on high difficulty are very close to one hit kills unless you spend a lot of points in HP. Random instant death was never a good idea and only tends to frustrate people.
