Alright Idk what the hell is going on but everytime I go into a server my ping is around 500-700 and it doesnt matter what server I go into its still around there. Im on a 5MB connection and If I play any other games my ping is around 10-50 in that area. are there any consol commands that can lower latency? or is this an occuring issue with people?

Are you getting the latency from the TAB menu, or net_graph?

What are your rates set to? (in BB, rate, cmdrate, updaterate) Not that it will neccessarily solve the problem, but a little optimizing sometimes helps things.

what does your ping show as when viewing the server(s) in the search menu?

What country do you live in? Since BB servers are far fewer in number than most other games, you might not have one located geographically close to you.

Occasionally I get terrible lag spikes on Blutwurst, but that's usually the server crashing and resetting to Heavens_Gate.
