I'll be modelling as many things as it goes from (weapons, props, architecture, characters, ect.) Glad to be working with you guys As it goes for 2D texturing. |

Ok.
Zpinz. I took your advice. We stood up for 2 days and made alot of scary concept art. I mean. This stuff is wayyyy more serious than the 2 drawings I can find. Also. He's cool with me posting any other drawings i can find. Only after they've been edited in Photoshop. So i've got my sister working on those. She doesn't get on the computer that much, but I can assure you guys, that you will be impressed with this latest set of drawings. -------------------- Ich werde dich toeten.

Yeah once you guys release the FGD I am going to attempt to make some original maps...and if those sucks I will use VMEX and just convert a bunch of HL2 and CSS maps over heh.

I might try making maps too... once I get the software, in which I am unsure of right now... I know this is stupid to ask, but do I just use Valve Hammer, or something more specific, I'm not sure about mapping software for Source. ---> EVIL. Don't do that. People worked hard to create those maps, and copying them... is stealing their work. 'nuff said. Oh and equa, was working on getting the source code to compile with free tools, still working on it but I need dsl (coming in 1 or 2 weeks). I kind of agree on that, but as long as you give credit where its due or even get permission to use. Plus this is common in such mods like counter-strike. Such as cs_assault and its million varied versions, or even the basic fy_iceworld concept. On that note, I forgot which site it was, but, there was a group of mappers that setup a business for mod makers or just clan members. Basically you pay them to build a map of your dreams. A map commission company, I think it was $30 US per map? |
