actually thats the glow effect which makes the lights look more shiny. what graphicscard do you use? I'll probably have to deactivate it by default if it's a common card you have.

Hi Crazed Civilian and welcome to our forums!
Mmh... very strange error. Such an error never appeared in the betatests (ok, that´s two years ago) or after the release. Do you have this kind of problem also with/in other games? Please show us a screenshot!
