I downloaded the full Windows Server version of Brainbread v1.0 and when the download was complete I opened the folder. I went through all of the folders in the BB zip and none of them would actually start the game. I don't really know what type to download (Windows Server, Windows Client, or Linux Server) and where it is best to download from. I downloaded from

It explicitly states in the download section:
"if you are unsure, download Windows Client Full" ... Anyways: If you just want to play BB (and not run your own server), just download the Windows Client Full (assuming you have no other version installed and assuming you are running windows) Then install. Done. -------------------- |

Ok, you are right, it does say that. I downloaded the windows client and clicked on the icon, installed everyhing, my computer said it was successfully completed. I clicked finish to launch it, and an error window popped up and said
"Unable to execute file: C:/Program Files/Sierra On-Line/hl.exe CreateProcess failed; code 2. The System cannot find the file specified" Is it something to do with what folder I put it in? It said something about a steam folder but I don't have one. Do I need to re-install or am I just missing something blindingly obvious? |

Why dont people have steam! They keep asking us why doesnt my game work. Because you dont have steam! There should be a big box saying "this game runs on steam!!!!!!!!!!!!!"When you enter the website.

So when you install Steam, all of the Half-life fileson your computer are converted to steam format, if I want to play Half-life or something, I have to connect to the internet, right?
