BB always freezes before I can do anything. I launch the game. It is installed correctly. When it starts up it freezes, I cannot do anything and whenever I CRTL ALT DLT it says not responding, im about to give up.... I dled from all the mirrors I can. This also has happened 10-15 times....... also I reinstalled about 10 times....

Sounds like a driver problem to me.

Don't bother reinstalling the game - update your video and sound drivers, keyboard, mice, monitor and dvd/cd drivers. Don't just rely on the in-built windows driver update - actually go to the company's website and install them manually.

If you still have a problem, then it's likely you will need a full re-install and possibly new hardware.
