I have downloaded the BrainBread V1.2 file, but CANNOT install it right. I've already checked ALL the topics on the website, but none of them work for me, as i still get the "missing hl.exe shortcut". PLEASE give me the proper FOLDER LOCATION and START MENU SHORTCUT FOLDER

Hmmmm....
the location should be like this: steam/steamapps/(your username)/half-life/brainbread. It's already specified for the client to save the folder in halflife. Do you have halflife installed? -------------------- Current game(s): Uh uh not updatin' this no mo

I think, all you have to do is just open the BB installation, don't change any of the folder locations, and just install it.
I'm not sure about the hl.exe thing, but I'm sure if you have HL, you have the shortcut. Or you probably need steam to launch the game... I dunno. OK this is the requirements: HALF LIFE GAME STEAM And you have to install half life in steam, then your good. -------------------- Current game(s): Uh uh not updatin' this no mo

I think you simply have a corrupt download of Brainbread. As I've suggested many times before (no really, I have), just download Brainbread from other mirrors until you get a working one that doesn't have a "missing hl.exe" error. |
