I would just like to take a moment to make an installation guide for people who don't know a lot on computers.

Installation Guide:Steps below

Excited about brainbread? Great! Best mod on Earth. Anyways lets get down to busisness.

Step 1: Go to the "DOWNLOAD" section on this website, not fourms.

Step 2: Scroll down until you see the latest version of Brainbread and the "Windows Full Install"

Step 3:The current version should be 1.2 at the moment. Click on one links and you should get to website.

You should clicked the link about now. I suggest Filefront or hl2 gaming.

Step 4: If you clicked hl2 gaming, at the middle of the page. You should see the file and download,save etc at the bottom of it. Click on download for hl2 gaming. You should come with servers at bottom.

If you clicked filefront, its a little bit easier. You should see the file and below it "Download,save on CD" Click on download and you should go to a page where there are about 5 Servers. Don't click on one of them yet.

For hl2 gaming and Filefront, Choose a server and wait for the page.

Note: if you don't wanna wait for the download, choose a server that says "No Wait"

Step 5: Anyways you should of chose your server. On filefront there should pop up a little half of a page. Don't Close it! Click on "Link" or wherever it says where you link is. Same thing goes for hl2gaming,

Step 6: You might want to have an broadband connection to install it. If not you will be waiting atleast a couple of hours.......

Step 7: Ok, lets contiune from when you started the download. It should be downloaded now, if not don't read this steps or the following steps. If you are done then great! Another installation guide should pop up. Click "Next" and read the agreement blah blah.

Step 8: Ok you should be done, next click "I agree" and you should go to the next page.

Step 9: Easy here. You should see where its going to install brainbread into. It should look like

C:/Program Files/Valve/steam/steamapps/Username/Half life

If not, then browse until you have it like that.

Step 10: Ok lets proceed shall we? You should have it like

C:/program files/valve/steam/steamapps/username/half life

Step 11: Like I mentioned in Step 9. Ok click next and it should start installing.

When the installation is complete. You can now play Brainbread!

Notes:
1. You must have Steam
2. You must have half life on steam.
3. This will not work with HL2! This is a half life 1 modification!

Nice to see guides popping up. However it is a tad difficult to read... try bolding "Step X:" for each step and/or some other way of breaking it up. When everything has a single line between it, it becomes almost as bad as if it were all run together.

Brainbread could be a zip pack with an installation FAQ.

I did a lot of hard work on it. Hope it gets pinned or used for something for brainbread.

Also how do you do the Font, and Size?

The Size is nice.
Like the font, but it's a forum post so it is limited in what font you can have.

The colored steps make it easier, and more interesting to read since it's not all the same thing.

ok ive got a problem. i used to play bb ALOT. but then i had a problem with HL2 so i uninstalled steam then reinstalled it. BB dissapeared so i reinstalled it. i went in to steam went to 3rd party games and it wasnt there. now im annoyed because it used to work on my computer and now it doesnt. ive reinstalled it several times now. can anyway help me cause i might go mad at the frustration.ive already moved my files around and installed other mods and got the same problem.
