BrainBread betatest application - Zpin, 2004-10-29 17:01
BrainBread has reached a playable state so we need some betatesters who want to help us fixing the bugs and making BrainBread even more fun!


You can apply for a betatesting account using this form. There you'll also be informed wheter or not you were accepted as a betatester.
In order to sign up you need to have an account in our forums. You can create one here.


We don't need many betatesters so don't be disappointed if we don't accept you. We don't expect the betatest to last longer than one or two weeks but you never know. Stay tuned for further information!

*hopes he'll get into the test* I want a chance to make sure this mod works.. tiny bugs turn off the mainstream groups, and could stop this getting the popularity it deserves. Someone contact Planethalflife when this is released to make sure it gets a nice big announcement post on there *grins*

We have 310 applications so far. I thought it would be around 100 We choosed mainly people who already postet several times in the forum, so multi forms from the same people are hopefuly not a prob

Oh well, you guys still have my support!

I bet this mod ends up becoming more than you thought, and instead of a normal funmod, it ends up becoming a standard mod for HL and you makes lots of money.

Stuff like that happens, usually in a ironic kind of way, you know?

While i may not be a forum user I think myself and others who have real beta testing experince should get the positions. I beta tested countless of retail games and once worked for sega as a play tester. You need people who you can rely on not someone who just wishs to play the game... or people who think they have beta experince just because they played open betas...

Hmm, smurfy has a point in there. I've always wanted to be in the making of a MOD but my chances have been very low. Damn I hope I get lucky this time. It would be so much fun to collect BB's advantages and disadvantages and maybe even suggest some minor changes to the MOD. If I only had applied earlier...

Good thinking Lord Scottish! This way some people get the needed betatest experience. These newbies can also point out some mistakes in the MOD which aren't noticed by the experienced betatesters because they have developed a some kind of routine in betatesting.
